Trade customers can benefit from our white label and bespoke fulfilment service. If you already have a trade account and you would like us to enable this feature, please contact us.

Once enabled you can customise your delivery notes sent to your customers and include a logo and some text at the bottom of the page. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking the trade branding tab.

After you've added your information, you can preview the changes. When you're happy with the look of your white label delivery note, click save changes (see some screenshots of the interface and a printed dispatch note below). This delivery note does not show any pricing information, just the type and quantity of items your customer has ordered.

If you want to include more specific delivery notes from sales platforms (for example Etsy) you can do this at the end of your order by uploading the PDF, see this article.
